Notes & Conditions:

1. Multi-adventure activities take place subject to minimum requirements laid out by the activity company who is contracted.
2. All hikes and activities are carried out subject to the current meteorological conditions and may be cancelled under extreme circumstances.
3. The 2 star hotel used is typically the Hotel Huerta del Laurel and the 3 star hotel used is the Hotel Rural Mirasierra.
4. In the event of cancelation of any activity by the organising body, the proportionate amount will be refunded.
5. All bookings will be confirmed by payment of a deposit made by bank transfer either in the UK or Spain, (details to follow upon confirmation), or by credit card through Paypal.
6. Cancellations made by the client must be advised by no later than 2 weeks prior to the specified arrival date. After this period cancelation fees may be applied and are left entirely to the discretion of the various entities involved, i.e. hotel, activity company and Sierra Essence.
