What Does This Consist Of?

This is generally combined as an "adventure" activity with others such as climbing and canoeing.

Abseiling, (known locally as "Rapel"), is the method used to scale down a rock face using a rope and harness. Naturally there are different levels of abseiling from gentler and shorter drops for any novices to much more adrenaline pushing and advanced drops according to gall, nerve and experience.
