Please note that by completing this form in NO WAY obliges you to commit to the booking at this stage until we have received confirmation of availability and provisional booking by the respective provider! Please complete all the relevant sections of this form and email back to confirm your reservation. Leave BLANK anything not relevant. MINIMUM BOOKING FEE: 30.00€ Balance payment for the Crèche will be made directly with them on the first day. For Snow Garden reservations, please present your confirmation document no later than 09.15 on the first day of your booking, to Deborah at the “Escuela Oficial de Esqui” resort office located next to the “Parador” chairlift in the Plaza de Pradollano. Bank Transfers: Do not make any transfer payments until you have received confirmation of the booking from us. Sierra Essence accepts no bank charges for any transfer payments made and will only fully confirm your reservation once the full required amount has been received. Please send a copy of your transfer receipt through by email or fax for us to trace the payment and confirm receipt.
