As we are "out of season" our response rates are currently much slower than usual, however we endeavour to respond to enquiries on a weekly basis. ACCOMMODATION: The majority of hotels and apartments don´t release rates until the Autumn. However, we are able to book some of the most popular choices for you now, so let us know your requirements and we will get back to you as soon as we can. TUITION: Enquiries will be responded to from the beginning of November, but please do send in your requirements as soon as you know them as we will respond in order of receipt of your request. This modern apartment building is located in a convenient position approximately 200 metres up from the central squares - the area where the lifts up to the ski area are situated together with the majority of shops, bars and restaurants. This is a popular location as there are lots of rental apartments available within this same Monte Gorbea building, enabling groups and larger families to all stay in the same block.
Apartments are compact in size and vary in their room / sleeping distribution and decoration. A common element in the two bedroom units is a semi-private second bedroom. This is usually a "throughway" from the living area into the main bedroom and / or bathroom, into which a bed or bunk bed has been placed but without the option for entirely closing the area off from the rest of the apartment. In spite of this, these units are still categorised as two bedroom apartments.
Bunk beds are commonly used for sleeping arrangements. Also, it is often the case that studio apartments have been re-developed into one bedroom units by converting the entrance hallway into a bedroom (usually with a bunk bed) before then leading through to the lounge area.
Parking is available with most apartments (sometimes free, other times there is a charge) and always subject to request on booking.
A plush restaurant and cocktail bar is located within the building.
