The vast majority of self-catering apartments don´t release their rates or accept bookings until November for the upcoming season. Many of the hotels do not release rates until the Autumn either. As such, there are just a few options we can give you now such as the two 4 star Melia hotels and the 3 star GHM Monachil. As we are "out of season" our response rate will be much slower as a result of this. From mid-June onwards, we intend to respond to any enquiries on a weekly basis. Most accommodation options nowadays offer a "flexible" tariff which allows future modifications and/or cancelations. We can generally compete very well with alternative options found elsewhere and so would urge you to consider this so that when more options open themselves up to us you may well be able to take advantage of a better deal later in the autumn.

The Alhambra apartment building is located next to the Kenia Nevada hotel and hence is just up two sets of stairs from the Central Squares - the area where the main lifts up to the slopes are located together with the majority of shops and restaurants.
This apartment sleeps six people and has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and a double sofa-bed). For added flexibility, if preferred, the two single sofa-beds in the lounge area may be used but, whatever bed arrangement is used, the apartment will only be rented out for a total of six people.
Furnishings are a little dated but the apartment provides a great base in a central location with the great bonus of two bathrooms as well as amenities such as a washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is accessed by lift and is located on the 8th floor of the building, offering great views.
A free parking space is included, and the same lift gives access from the parking and up to the apartment.
