The vast majority of self-catering apartments don´t release their rates or accept bookings until November for the upcoming season. Many of the hotels do not release rates until the Autumn either. As such, there are just a few options we can give you now such as the two 4 star Melia hotels and the 3 star GHM Monachil. As we are "out of season" our response rate will be much slower as a result of this. From mid-June onwards, we intend to respond to any enquiries on a weekly basis. Most accommodation options nowadays offer a "flexible" tariff which allows future modifications and/or cancelations. We can generally compete very well with alternative options found elsewhere and so would urge you to consider this so that when more options open themselves up to us you may well be able to take advantage of a better deal later in the autumn.
The apartment is located in a handy position in the Mid-zone with good access to the slopes. The Parador chairlift is barely 75m away and this takes you down to the central squares of the lower zone where the main gondolas are located which take you up to the ski area, as well as the majority of shops and restaurants. Those skiers of lower-intermediate level or above (not complete beginners), also have the option of using the nearby "Maribel" piste which allows you to ski down to the gondolas and central squares. At the end of the day´s skiing, those competent enough to ski blue runs will also be able to ski back to this area without the need to take the Parador chairlift.
The apartment offers a bright and spacious living area with sleeping for up to six people in two bedrooms. The bedrooms are small and compact. The master has a double bed whilst the second bedroom has squeezed in two sets of bunks. There is one shower-room and a small kitchenette than can be closed off from the living area when not in use. Overall there is around 60m2 of usable living space including bedrooms and bathroom.
The washing machine is a fairly rare bonus in rental apartments in Sierra Nevada.
