Furnishings are modern and the accommodation is bright and homely offering a good living space for skiers and non-skiers alike.
The sleeping arrangements consist of one bedroom with a double bed, one with two singles and the third has a double sofabed.
There is one full bathroom with bath tub and also a separate toilet with washbasin.
The lounge has doors opening out to a false balcony with spectacular views over the slopes. The kitchen, whilst small, is separate and has an access hatch into the dining area. It is equipped with a vitro-electric hob and a very good sized fridge-freezer.
The 600 metre walk down the main road to the mid-stop of the Parador chair lift is easy going, and for anyone with an intermediate level of skiing there is the option of joining one of the lower slopes instead of taking the Parador down to the Central Squares area where the main lifts up to the slopes are located. To get back to the accommodation at the end of the day, skiers can take the "Directa" piste and stop at the top of the Parador chairlift by the Hotel Rumaykiyya and then walk down the main road to the accommodation. Skiers of lower ability often prefer to come off the piste in the lower zone of the village (the Central Squares area) and then take the Parador chairlift up to the top-stop and then walk down to the apartment as opposed to getting off at the mid-stop and then walking up the road.
Along the main road close to the accommodation is a small supermarket and, further down, there are bars and restaurants. The public shuttle bus service runs along the main road close to the apartment and charges in the order of 2.20€ per trip.
We regret that groups of youths under 23 years old are not accepted by the proprietor.
