An attractive wooden adorned chalet-style duplex rented out either as a two or three bedroom accommodation, (the third bedroom is locked up when not required). All bedrooms are spacious and have in-built wardrobes and heating.

Downstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs, the second and third bedrooms have two single beds in each with space for a third fold-away bed, (suitable for a child), in the second bedroom.

A large second bathroom is located upstairs in between the second and third bedrooms.

The lounge/dining area is bright & spacious and adjoined to a small kitchen equipped with a twin electric hotplate, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and grill, kettle and toaster. Cooking and eating facilities for seven people. There is a video and DVD player along with a selection of films and light reading material for resident use.

Outside the front entrance is a private space suitable for terrace and sunbathing use (terrace furniture is not provided as this is not officially a designated terrace area for the accommodation).

Maximum occupancy seven people, (using the three bedrooms and the fold-away bed in the second bedroom).

Maximum recommended occupancy: six people.

A small vestibule is available to store outdoor clothing, footwear, skis and boots.

The location of the house boasts impressive views over the mountains, the ski areas and westwards towards the vale of Granada and the city itself. Ideal for catching some of the best sunsets anywhere. The house has terrace space outside which can be used to enjoy the views and sunsets.

Additional facilities in the vicinity include three small supermarkets, a hardware store and two restaurants. The main nightlife is located approximately 800 metres down the hill (winter only).

The accommodation has free roadside parking directly outside the building but only on the same side as the building itself. Parking on the opposite side of the road is prohibited and you are advised that your car may be towed away.

  • Located in the lower top-zone of the resort.
  • Parking may be available on request & subject to availability.
  • A damage deposit or credit card number is required on arrival to be used as a guarantee against material damages and excessive cleaning fees.
  • Linen, hand towels and electricity are included. BATH TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED

Please note that local opening hours can vary dramatically out of the winter ski season. From May to mid-June, you can expect nearly all shops to be permanently closed. The nearest shopping facilities outside the resort are in Granada, (30 kms away. There is a petrol station 10kms down the road from resort which stocks some essential food supplies, (bread, milk, beverages, sandwiches etc.). There are however a couple of hotels that remain open all year, along with one or two coffee shops in the Pradollano Square where you can eat and drink.
